Thank you for considering our home for a well-deserved vacation.  Captiva is a magical place for people wanting to capture the feeling of the Caribbean while vacationing in the United States.

Captiva sits just an hour’s drive from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers.  The six-mile island stretches straight as an arrow, with a sleepy hamlet that boasts tons of character.  The beaches of Captiva are powdery white sand with incredible views of the Gulf and sunsets.

Raptiva is located in a very private and quite 5 home community called Tarpon Bay with its own private beach facing the Gulf of Mexico and a backyard that greets the Roosevelt Cannel.  Enjoy fishing, kayaking and incredible views of the sunrise from the back yard while enjoying magical sunsets from the community beach. 

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation close to everything Captiva has to offer, we consider our home to be the perfect place to vacation.  We have just recently renovated our pool and landscaping expanding our 1 acre lot to offer a resort style private pool with a bar, bbq area, refrigerator and icemaker.  Adding a Tiki hut and hammock fulfilled our dream of making Raptiva a private oasis on the most incredible island.  .

We have just upgraded the furniture in the living room, added Sonos and continue to make improvements to create the ultimate getaway.
